Freed from the crowds, the heat, and the noise that have made it one of the world’s most iconic nightlife destinations, the island reveals a different side of itself in November: quieter, more spacious, more magnetic.
Locals breathe more easily again, and those who know Ibiza well understand that the most beautiful season has just begun — the off-season.
Once a year, members and friends of the NEI Institute gather in this remarkable setting for a few days devoted to fresh insights, meaningful exchange, new connections, and shared learning.
The hotel is reserved exclusively for our gathering, with no other guests on site. With 170 rooms, the venue offers both space and privacy — creating the conditions for a truly immersive experience.
NEI Institute members receive priority access and a significant discount.
Over three days, we gather in a sea-front setting designed for focus, exchange, and meaningful connection.
Accommodation, conference spaces, and hotel amenities are all located in one place, allowing the experience to remain both immersive and relaxed.
The venue features one of Ibiza’s most beautiful conference centers, combining professional facilities with the island’s distinctive atmosphere.
Steering Council members are invited to attend as our guests. NEI Institute members receive priority access and may reserve their stay at cost price. Non-members are welcome to register at the regular rate, subject to remaining availability.

Three nights are included in your stay.
Each room accommodates two people, and you are welcome to bring a guest.
Your guest may stay with you at no additional room cost. Access to the Imprints program and all shared moments is reserved for registered participants.
If your guest would like to join fully, they can be added as a delegate for €495.
